The Arkansas Division is now 100% compliant with “Operation Bugle Call”!  As some of you may know, every camp was given a YAHOO email address last year but many were never aware of that and some lost passwords, etc.  To make a long story short, the communications issue was not solved simply by creating email addresses noone uses.  The Arkansas Division now has a solution.

Each camp has their own email address and it can be found on the “CAMP LOCATOR” page on the Division website at www.arkansasscv.org.  Each Commander and Adjutant’s email address is programmed to the camp’s email address.  What this amounts to is that Commanders and Adjutant just keep checking their email as they normally do… anything to make it easier on the men on the front lines of heritage!

Also note that everyone needs to SUBSCRIBE to the Division website by going to arkansasscv.org and every time the site is updated,  everyone gets that website update via email.  This is keeping the Arkansas Division on the same page.

Soon, each Brigade Cmdr and Division staff will be able to post onto the website within the next few weeks.  So if your camp is doing something, contact your Brigade Cmdr, which can be found at arkansasscv.org.
