The Shaver Camp SCV took the lead in placing a new cannon at the Southern
Confederate Heritage Park in Jonesboro. Jared Dunigan, Doyle Yearta, Will Silas, Ashton Silas, Matt Silas, AD Cmdr M. Ray Jones, III, Harold Hunt, Pete Harmon, and W. Danny Honnoll ATM Cmdr SCV were the individuals that worked last Saturday at the park.

Special thanks goes to 1st Lt. Cmdr of the Shaver Camp for Painting the
Cannon and storing it for us until we placed it. Great JOB HAROLD HUNT!!!

New Flags were placed as they are very three months with money raised by the
SCV at their yearly Christmas Party last year they raised over $1,000 for
the Park.

The UDC Honnoll Chapter is very supportive along with the North East
Arkansas Civil War Heritage Trails Committee.
